Terms & Conditions
TwinkDeath GbR (GbR)
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all ticket purchases for the TWINK DEATH event via the official ticket shop. By purchasing a ticket, the buyer accepts these terms in full.
All tickets are strictly personalized and non-transferable. Only the named person is authorized to enter. The organizer may at any time request a valid original government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, driver's license). Copies, screenshots, digital IDs and photos are not accepted. Admission times are communicated on the official website and social media channels.
Resale via third-party platforms (e.g. Ticketswap, Viagogo, eBay, classified ads) is expressly prohibited. Transfer is only permitted via organizer-authorized methods with prior consent. Violations result in ticket blocking and entry denial without refund. Reassignment (name change) is possible for a fee of €30 (up to 8 weeks before the event) or €50 (from 8 weeks before the event) plus any system fees. No entitlement to reassignment exists.
No replacement entitlement exists for lost tickets. The organizer is not liable for unauthorized use by third parties (e.g. sharing of QR codes). Buyers must keep tickets secure and must not post them publicly on social media.
The organizer exercises house rules throughout the entire event venue. Persons violating safety regulations, these terms or the TWINK DEATH Code of Conduct may be expelled without refund entitlement. TWINK DEATH is an 18+ Men Only event. Age must be verified at entry by official photo ID. No admission for under-18s, even accompanied by adults.
Line-up, running order, and setup are subject to change at any time. No entitlement exists to specific artists or program items. In cases of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, official orders), no refund entitlement exists. In the event of a complete cancellation by the organizer, they shall decide at their discretion on refund or rebooking in accordance with applicable law.
TWINK DEATH requires respectful, non-discriminatory and mindful interaction. Aggressive, discriminatory, violent, racist, sexist, queerphobic or boundary-violating behavior is prohibited and results in immediate exclusion without refund. The mutual consent of all parties forms the basis of every interaction. Our Awareness Team is available throughout the entire event.
The organizer has unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence and damage to life, body and health. In cases of slight negligence on essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded. The organizer accepts no liability for cloakroom, valuables or vehicles on the premises.
The organizer conducts security checks (bag, body and device checks). Those who refuse the check may be turned away without refund. Prohibited items will be confiscated. Prohibited items include but are not limited to: glass bottles and containers, narcotic substances, pyrotechnics and fireworks, weapons and weapon-like objects, laser pointers, drones, professional photo/film equipment without written authorization.
Professional audio, film and photo recordings require the organizer's written consent (No-Photo Policy). Visitors agree that they may be depicted in documentary or artistic recordings.
German law applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. Place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, to the extent permitted by law.
