Refund Policy

Pursuant to § 312g(2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), tickets for events and leisure activities are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal. A cancellation of the purchase or return of tickets is therefore generally excluded, unless one of the following provisions applies.

Unused tickets may be offered via the official refund system of the ticketing provider. Only the original purchaser may request a refund. The ticket must not have been reassigned prior to registration in the refund system. Upon successful resale via the official system, the original purchaser receives 70% of the original ticket price (excluding fees). No guarantee of successful resale exists — a refund is only issued upon an actual sale.

In the event of a complete cancellation of the event by the organizer for reasons within their control, ticket buyers will receive a refund of the ticket price (excluding ticketing provider service fees). In cases of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, official orders), no statutory refund entitlement exists. The organizer will decide on goodwill solutions at their reasonable discretion in such cases.

If a person is excluded due to violations of these Terms, house rules, or the event Code of Conduct, no refund entitlement for the ticket price exists.
