Our tickets are valid for an event on a specific date. Contracts for services related to leisure activities that provide for a specific date of performance are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal (Section 312g(2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB); Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU). This also applies to the event pass, which covers several fixed dates. Tickets can therefore only be returned in the cases set out below.

Tickets cannot be exchanged or returned, including if you are unable to attend the event.

If an event is cancelled, we refund the full ticket price including the service fee, irrespective of the reason for the cancellation. If an event is postponed to a new date, your ticket remains valid. If you cannot attend on the new date, we will refund the full ticket price including the service fee on request.

If a person is excluded for breaching our terms and conditions, the house rules or the event’s code of conduct, there is no entitlement to a refund of the ticket price.
